How do I load data from clipboard ?

You can directly copy your data into the clipboard and send it to ArrayMiner, where you can then retrieve it with the "Load Data From Clipboard" option in the File Menu. You must respect a particular format to copy your data, as shown in the following figure.

As shown in the figure, the data must include :

A first line containing the column description
A column specifying the name of each gene
A column specifying a description of each gene (this column is optional)

TIP

You can also copy the data within Genespring, select the View as Spreadsheet option in the View menu, and check the Normalized checkbox only. Click the "Copy All button" (if the button is not enabled, click Clear Selection first). This will copy the data into the system Clipboard, and can be retrieved in ArrayMiner the same way as above.
