While running ArrayMiner under GeneSpring, the
data exchange between the two programs is fully automated: GeneSpring
sends data to ArrayMiner and retrieves the result of the clustering in
form of a GeneSpring Classification. The data sent by ArrayMiner back
to GeneSpring must therefore match the data sent by GeneSpring, which
is why it is impossible to read other data.
In order to load the Sample file, simply run
ArrayMiner as a standalone program, by double-clicking the icon created
on your desktop during
ArrayMiner installation, or access ArrayMiner via the system menu.
