Loading New Data While Running from GeneSpring

When you run ArrayMiner from GeneSpring®, your current GeneSpring data are automatically sent to ArrayMiner where they can be viewed and processed. Upon leaving ArrayMiner, if necessary, the results of the processing are sent back to GeneSpring. The results sent back are interpreted by GeneSpring in the context of the data that was sent to ArrayMiner on its invocation, which means that the the results must be relative to the data sent by GeneSpring.
ArrayMiner allows you to load a dataset of your choice even while running from within GeneSpring. However, in order to enforce the correspondence of the results ArrayMiner sends back with the data GeneSpring sent it in the first place, ArrayMiner abandons the automatic sending back of its results whenever a dataset is loaded while running from GeneSpring. You are warned of the situation before the new dataset is loaded.
