ArrayMiner offers advanced visualization of most any data. Here a simple list of genes is input as a cluster and compared with existing classifications.

    A simple list of genes in a text file, whatever its origin, is easily input into ArrayMiner in form of a "classification", and compared to other classifications already present. It is then easily shown in the graphical interface, for instance in the 3D view.
