The main window footer

  • The "Find" button opens the find window
  • The "Progress" button opens the progress window
  • The "Preferences" button open the preferences window of ArrayMiner
  • The "Publish" lets you save the window content as picture. If the display mode is set to heat map, an additional window will appear asking you if you want to publish the curve or the heat map part of the window.
  • The text in the middle shows the number of genes being analyzed, as compared to the number of genes in the whole dataset (some genes may be rejected because of their incompatibility with the selected parameters), as well as the number of clusters that are being sought.
  • The three colored "LEDs" and the text in the box on the right display the status of the algorithm :
    • Green : The algorithm is stopped
    • Orange : The algorithm is stopping (this could take several seconds on large data)
    • Red : The algorithm is running
