The ClassMarker Master Tab

The Master Tab is used to define how you prepare your data for analysis. The Master Tab is always the leftmost tab in the window. In this tab you can :

Filter the genes
Reorder the genes
Specify classes of samples
Link classes together
Mask individual samples out from analysis
Run a Cross-Validation analysis
Run a Train and Test analysis
